Part Number: TMP461-SP I am looking over the displacement damage report for the TMP461-SP (report SBOK034) and have a question on the temp error data shown on page 21 (attached). Per the data in the table, it appears that the Delta is much greater at…
Part Number: TMP461-SP Hello,
The TMP461-SP has a note “a report on SEU is available on request"
I’d like to request this report,
I am also interested in SEFI testing if performed.
Thank you,
Andrew
Part Number: TMP461-SP Team,
How does one change the current source low, medium, high see figure below.
The datasheet indicates 3 remove current source bands. Are these adjusted with the correction factor register or Range Bit 2?
Thank you.
Part Number: TMP461-SP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP461 Team,
I was looking at the TMP461-SP data sheet (and SMD). I don’t seem to be able to determine the Max/Typ. current draw of the part while converting.
Could you point me to this info…
Part Number: TMP461-SP Per MIL-STD-883, TM 2018, SEM is not required for planar die. Is the die in the 5962-1721801VXC fully planar with no oxide steps? Is SEM required?
Thanks in advance!
Part Number: TMP117 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP461-SP Greetings all,
We are using the TMP117 sensor to measure the temperature of some materials while in orbit. We are very concerned with measurement accuracy and we understand that soldering…
Dear Jim, Sriram,
Is there any design example showing the TMP461-SP working with the ADC12D1620QML-SP ?
Have you tested the two devices together ?
Can you advise any function or measured graph of the results ?
Best regards,
Nir.
Dear Jonathan -
Thanks for the post. Here we would be unable to provide to you unit specific trim data in that manner - it really would not be scalable.
