The schematic looks good to me. I think either TMUX1119 (250MHz bandwidth) or TMUX1237 (400MHz bandwidth) should work. I also notify the TMUX expert in TI for further comments.
Hi M. Hattori,
Clemens is correct. There are shoot through currents when the control voltage isn't ~VDD or ~GND. As control voltage deviates from VDD or GND shoot through currents will happen.
Both of the devices you have listed will have significant…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUX1237 Attached documentation shows how charge injection may impact customer system when using a switch for PA biasing. If a load such as a power amplifier is attached this should help remove/reduce the impact of charge…

Part Number: TMUX1308 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CD74HCT4067 , TMUX1237 , TMUX1247 I plan to use one 3.3V UART of the MCU to connect with 8-set or 16 -set MCU (different MCU) with only one connection is active. Can you recomment the proper MUX ? Thanks…
Hello,
The COM input capacitance characteristic is provided in the datasheet as "(CON) NC, NO, and COM input capacitance when switch is on" in the Electrical Characteristics section. This is 115 pF for TS3A5223 and 21 pF for TMUX1237. These values have…
Hi Andrew,
I think, it will have impact on the measurement. For example, in the case where second eFuse is OFF, the ADC input will be voltage divider output of 100k and (100k+24.9k+RTN-to-GND resistance of second eFuse). The result output depends on whether…

Hi Darren,
Thanks for your patience. I'm happy to address your thorough interest in the BBM feature.
This is true; during a switching event, the output voltage will decay according to the output capacitance.
The switching characteristic tB-M specifies…
