Part Number: TMUX6221 Hello, in the datasheet the Vdd current is specified as 72uA and Vss is specified as 30uA. Does that depend on the amount of flowing through the source or drain pins? Meaning if I have an application that is pulling 100mA through…
Hello Derek,
After talking to the Internal TI sample team, it looks like now you should be able to order the samples from ti.com now.
Please let me know if there is any other problems.
Regards,

This will work. (There should be a decoupling capacitor.)
But the transistor is used as a switch in exactly the same way. You could combine the control signals with an AND gate, or use two switches (e.g., TMUX6221).
Hello Chen,
Please see table below for Rdson value when the switch is on:
More information about the TMUX6221s Rdson can be found in its datasheet: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tmux6211.pdf
Regarding Rdson off; we don't parametrize this spec, but when…
Part Number: TPS54202H Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUX6221 , TPS54202 Hello,
I need a negative rail to supply some TMUX6221 analog switches. On the input side I have +24V available which then goes through a TPS54202H DC-DC converter to get +5V.…
You can use any switch that supports these voltages.
Two-channel 1:1 switches with ±8 V support are the TMUX6221 and TMUX7221; the latter supports higher voltages, which you do not need.
The following table helps select th e right multiplexer and switch with Mid Voltage 25V =< VSIGNAL =< 99V in different configurations:
