    RE: TINA/Spice/TPA3136D2: TPA3136D2 PSpice model

    Hi Herman,

The file you provided has some problem. TPA3136D2 PSpice model pin map is different from datasheet. as belows:

    1. TPA3136D2 PSpice model: 13pin

    2. TPA3136D2 datasheet: 28pin

RE: TINA/Spice/TPA3136D2: Spice model of TPA3136D2

    Hi Zhiming,
That is the TINA spice model instead of Pspice model. As far as I know, there is no Pspice mode for this device, please submit request in the simulation forum: e2e.ti.com/.../234 if you need it.
    Best regards,

    TPA3136D2: Could TPA3136 support Win10 modern standby?

    Part Number: TPA3136D2

    Hi Sir,

Could TPA3136D2 support the modern standby spec?

Or there is the standby mode on TPA3136D2? If so, how is the power consumption on this mode?

    Thanks,

    George

    TPA3136D2: minimum RL for BTL

    Part Number: TPA3136D2

    Hi Expert,

The datasheet shows VDD <= 12V, the minimum RL is 3.2ohm.

If my spec is 5V/2.7ohm/4.5W. Do you think it's ok for TPA3136D2? Thanks!

    TPA3136D2: Several TPA3110D2 / TPA3136D2 on the same board

    Part Number: TPA3136D2

    Hi,

I need to design a board with 8 audio amplifiers (16ch). I selected TPA3110D2 with standard ferrite bead filter but I did not pass EMI.

I am going to use TPA3136D2 instead of TPA3110D2 and I will use selected Ferrite beads from EVM.

Do you have any tips in how to manage the power supplies of those 8 amps on the same board, specially regarding decoupling capacitors and power inductors ? Also any tips for PCB layers and routing ?

    Regards,

    Nicolas

    TPA3136D2: TPA3136D2PWP noise issue

    Part Number: TPA3136D2

    Hi,

I am using TPA3136D2PWP  audio amplifier for below speaker requirement but in the output we are getting noisy signal without connecting speaker.

    1.Rated Power 10W*2 6.32 Vrms @ 4 ohm L&R in parallel
    2. Max Power 12W*2 6.93 Vrms @ 4 ohm L&R in parallel
    3. Frequency Range 100Hz ~ 20kHz Output SPL - 10dB

Also please find the attached schematic and images for your reference.

Kindly give us the solution to resolve this issue.

    Regards,

    Chethan Kumar

    TPA3136AD2: TPA3136D2 Low frequency noise

    Part Number: TPA3136AD2

    Iluminado board 2 (2).zip

    Hi,

I'm using The TPA3136D2 on stereo configuration with a single ended input. After connecting the speakers I Noticed a barely noticeable low frequency noise (hum, not 60HZ).

when pressing the shutdown push button the noise disappears with all the audio. I've implemented a volume control pot after the input signal (in my Schematic U3), I suspect this might be causing thermal noise, but I'm  not sure. I'm Using a 4 layer FR4 PCB board (top, bottom, GNDPlane and power plane). I've tried to base my design on the EVM board and the Typical application from the datasheet, the sound overall is good besides this hum when not playing anything. I've attached a zip file with all my altium files and gerber files (Schematic, pcb layout). please help me identify where the noise might be coming from. Due to limited testing equipment I couldn't find the noise frequency on the spectrum analyzer; also my power supply seems to be clean and reliable; and the noise is not coming from the input audio, since is also noticeablewhen the audio jacket is removed.
