You could have a look at the TPA2012D2 is a Stereo Class-D Audio Amplifier or at the TPA6017A2 is a Stereo Class AB Audio Amplifier. Both devices comply the required conditions.

You could have a look to the following devices: TPA6017a2, LM4838 and LM4836. These devices are designed to work on differential output. Unfortunately, we don't have class AB audio amplifiers to work on single-ended output.
