Part Number: TPD1E04U04 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430G2955 H teams
My customer wants to ues the TPD1E04U04 for protection from ESD. Would you tell me how to select?
They want to protect at signal line(connected to MSP430G2955). In this case, the…
Part Number: TPD1E04U04 Hi team,
Do we have any TVS ESD device which suitable for RF antenna in the Sub1Ghz domain that has breakdown voltage below 2v?
please advise back?, Thanks.
the application is for protecting the entry (RX) of the device from interruptions…
Part Number: TPD1E04U04 Hi,
One of my customer would like to know if the actual body marking of the device is the same as shown in the device's datasheet. Could you please help to confirm? Thank you
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPD1E04U04 Hi,
My customer considers to use the TPD1E04U04 on ±0.3V range.
And they require below 10uA above condition.
Could you show me above typical current value?
Best Regards,
Kuramochi
Hi Fanbin,
I would recommend using the TPD1E04U04 . It has much better clamping performance than the TPD1E01B04, the voltage is low enough to protect the SN74LVC1G126.

Sebastian
Part Number: ESD321 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPD1E04U04 , STRIKE Hello,
We are having trouble sourcing the ESD321DPYR. Are there any pin to pin or similar alternatives that have more stock for us to pivot to?
Thanks, Adam
Hi Antonio,
Like I said, TPD1E0B04 could work for this application, but it would not be the best fit. TPD1E01B04 or TPD1E04U04 would be better.

Matt
Hi,
Unfortunately, I cannot change the footprint at the moment, so the closest alternative that I found is TPD1E04U04 which has 0.5pF capacitance. In the datasheet, it does not mention antenna applications but it states that is good up to 6Gbps, so for…
Hi Matt,
unfortunately TPD1E04U04 only has a 5.3 Vclamp rating at 1 A. At 16 A its rating from IO to GND is 8.9 V and this is higher than my ADC AMR. A quick comparison between TPD1E04U04 and ESD321 shows that at 16 A their Vclamp ratings are 8.9 and 6…
Yes, I have 4x TPD1E04U04 ESD diodes on board inserted between PHY and capacitors, one from each ethernet line to ground,
Is it enough?
DP83825I seems very very weak on MDI interface.
Thanks,
Marco
