VCC port of TPD4E001 is clamp voltage for VBUS of USB device.
So, I think VCC port of TPD4E001 is not connected power like Ethernet interface…

Why would the package be the same DBV for both parts if the Pin Configuration and Functions are different.
Would this be an error on the Datasheet?
