Thanks for reaching out. Incorrect timer capacitor will not allow the controller to power up. Please refer to the below app note and TPS1663 or TPS1653 devices for charging the unknown output capacitance.

They actually would like to have 40s to 1min delay for TPS1653.
Do we have a solution example for this?
ITIMER and other feature is for short delay time, is my understanding.
