Part Number: TPS1HTC100 - Q1 Hi team, I found a description about reliability of the device under repetitive thermal shutdown event. Is this true for either the device hit TABS or TFET-TCON>TREL? TPS1HTC100 - Q1 datasheet P21 In all of these cases, the internal thermal shutdown is safe to hit repetitively. There is no device risk or lifetime reliability concerns from repeatedly hitting this thermal shutdown level. regards,
