    Hi Patrick, You can refer to the TPS2000C or TPS2001C (2000 is active low EN and 2001 is active high) for 2A operation switches (USB 3 CDP requires 1.5A minimum from the host power switch).

    The current limit response in this old series of power switches is not optimal. I would suggest looking at the "C" family of power switch. The TPS2000C is a 2A rated part with much better current limit response.

    Yes, you can parallel both channels in TPS2066 or you could use a single 2A switch with better performance like TPS2000C.
