Hi Dan,
You can consider TPS22810 or TPS22811 (features and current rating different in them) if you don't need reverse current blocking. LM7310 if you need reverse current blocking.

Yes, all the above-mentioned devices will work.
Correction: Since the application is load switch type, please consider TPS22811 instead of TPS25981 as it is load switch version of the eFuse.

Please see TPS22811 and LM73100 . Using two TPS22810 (non automotive is cheaper) devices in parallel to handle 4A is also an option.
