Part Number: TPS22976 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS22968 , TPS22966 Hi Team,
My customer would like to check if we have EOL plan for TPS22976DPUR They would like to make sure TI can keep ship until 07/31/2026.
Could you comment this question? If we…
Part Number: TPS22976 Hi Team,
Does we have the CT1/CT2 Absolute Maximum Ratings data can provide to customer ?
I know its should connect a capacitor to GND only, there should not exist a external voltage over there.
The reason why customer ask this is…
Part Number: TPS22976 Hi,
Is there any upper limitation for CT pin capacitance?
If to use 12nF at CT pin for soft start control, is it okay?
12nF is out of the range in the table 10-2 in the datasheet.
Thanks for your reply.
Have a nice day.

Part Number: TPS22976 Hello expert,
My customer is asking to parallel 3 pcs TPS22976 which has 6 channels. May we know if it is workable from your side? Power rail is 5V/17.1A. If 3pcs is not okay, how about 2 pcs? Thanks a lot!

Part Number: TPS22976 Hi Team,
We always recommend customer to use VBIAS>=VIN in system.
1. If customer use VIN = 5V and VBIAS = 3.3V, will it have any concern?
2. If yes, could you please describe more detail for reason?
Best regards,
Hardy
Part Number: TPS22976 Hi Team,
My customer found that Vout has 2 steps voltage when turn off. Could you please help to comment this phenomenon? Customer also try another competitor's part(same hardware only change IC) and doesn't observe this phenomenon…
Part Number: TPS22976 Hi Team,
Does TPS22976 had a power sequence of VBIAS and VIN?
If my customer design VIN 1 & 2 come first and then VBIAS turn on later will has any risk ?
Thanks!
Kai
Part Number: TPS22976 Hi Team,
Could you please help to simulate the rise time data at below condition? Thanks.
VIN = 3.3V
VBIAS = 3.3V
CT = 220pF
Cin = 1uF
CL = 1uF
RL = 10 ohm

Part Number: TPS22976 Hi team,
Could you clarify CT = 0pF in the datasheet Table 10-2? This means leaving the CT pin floating or grounding it. Thank you!
