HI
We are using TPS22995RZGR load switch, as per datasheet this load switch is having the internal pull down of 500k but when we are checking the load switch is still generating the output voltage when Enable signal…
Tool/software: Dear TI Support,
On the Texas Instruments website there are two different pieces of information regarding the device's footprint. ( https://www.ti.com/product/TPS22995#support-training )

Hi Sir,
Could you help reply the my customer ask the below TPS22995 application questions?
Q1: Does the TPS22995 have the power-in sequence for VIN, VBIAS and ON?
Q2: The power apply to VBIAS need earlier than VIN…
Part Number: TPS22995 Tool/software: Hi,
if iam calculate TR using vin 3.3 CT as 0 not getting above value 72.2us
in my case VIN is 3.3 and CT is 2200pf getting 58.6s
is it correct?
I am closing this thread as this looks like duplicate thread ( (1) TPS22995: Is there any risk when Vbais set 1.0V?. - Power management forum - Power management - TI E2E support forums )
Part Number: TPS22995 Tool/software: Hi TIer
Customer use TPS22995 in there system.
Customer have to set Vbais is 1.0V due to some issue. But in datasheet the recommended value is 1.5V at less.
So is there any risk for this setting?
Do we have some pin2pin…
Part Number: TPS22995 HI
We are using the load switch TPS22995RZGR. Kindly let me know if we need the decoupling cap on the bias pin of the load switch or not.
Part Number: TPS22995 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS22964C , TPS22922 Hi Team,
I am looking for direct replacement of TCK22975G,LF.
Is there a better fit than TPS22995?

Part Number: TPS22995 HI team,
TPS22995 is 3.8A load switch but it doesn't have current limit. Where does 3.8A come from?
Is it estimated as Rdson(max) * Iload * ΨJT < Thermal shutdown threshold?
Regards,
