Part Number: TPS22998 Tool/software: HI Team,
5V to 0.88V_SW generation using TPSM82913RDUR-ET.
0.88V is generated via load switch
Load current = 0.7A (used resistive load across C283).
Vout amplitude measured after load switch records 0.58V instead…
Part Number: TPS22998 Tool/software: how we can know which TI parts did outgassing test,
did following part do Outgas test?
DAC80508ZYZFT
TCAL9538DTUR
TPS22998RYZR
TPS62802YKAR
TPS72718YFFR
TPS22970YZPT
TPS631010YBGR

Hello Hirotsugu,
Stopping the current before 10A is the best option.
Do you have short circuit protection in your device?
You can use two load switches in parallel also.
Thanks
Amrit
Part Number: TPS22998 Tool/software: Hi All,
Tried simulating below Specification as below,
Vin = 5V
Vbias = 5V
ON = 3.3V
CT = Open
Iload = 3A
Circuit :
I see dip in output voltage of 120mV (4.88V). which is not intended thing. Could any one clarify…
Part Number: TPS22998 Tool/software: HI Team,
Vin=3.3V
Iout=2.1A
Vbias=5V
Vout=3.3V
CT= open
what is the Output capacitance of load switch to be used in design?
100nF filter caps are fine?
Thanks and Regards,
Vidhya
Part Number: TPS22998 Hello, Datasheet “6.8 Switching Characteristics (VBIAS = 2.2 V to 5 V)” specifies tRISE(typ) = 2478us at VIN = 3.3V, CT = GND. What is the tRISE(max) at the same conditions? Best regards, K.Hirano
Part Number: TPS22998
Hello, I didn't see anything that would make it appear this would not work in the datasheet, but I just wanted to double check before implementing it. Can V_BIAS, V_IN, and ON pins all be connected to a single LiPo battery? Schematic…
Part Number: TPS22998 Is there a recommendation for a resistor value for CT pulled up to VBias?
Datasheet says pulled up but provides no input specifications. EVM shorts CT with a jumper.
