Part Number: TPS22998 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS22997 ,
Hi Experts,
I am considering using the TPS22998 in a design but the low TSD (min 130C) is potentially problematic for my design. The TPS22997 seems to have a better TSD (min 150C), but…
Part Number: TPS22998 Hello,
I found a discrepancy in TPS22998's data sheet in the relation among t ON (turn ON time), t RISE (rise time), and t D (delay time) under the conditions of VIN = 3.3 V and CT = GND. The typical t D and t RISE are defined as…
Part Number: TPS22998 I think that many other Load Switch are decided maximum operating Vin range: Vin<VBIAS.
But TPS22998 is described Vin operating range: 0.2~5.5V, not to Vin<VBIAS.
Please let me know why Vin range independent from VBIAS.

Part Number: TPS22998 Hi:
I am performing thermal simulations of a system that uses your TPS22998. The data sheet mentions the Rth JC and Rth JB but it doesn't mention the max allowable junction temperature. It just says is limited internally.
Coul…
Part Number: TPS22998 Hi there!
I am trying to use TPS22998 in one of our projects which is an single-channel load switch as per its Datasheet ( Datasheet link ).
manufacturer part number :TPS22998RYZR
So In order to create Footprint/verify already existing…
Part Number: TPS22998 Hi team,
What is the expected release date of TPS22998? If you can't answer here, please send me a private message.
Sincerely. Ryu
Part Number: TPS22810 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS22998 , TPS22990 , TPS22992 , , TPS22811
I have used the TPS22810DBVR for my project. i have few doubts as follows
During Power ON, Suddenly I connect the load at the output of the IC, I get 12A inrush…
Hello Kapil,
The only load switch devices that can support Vin levels as low as 0.5V are TPS22992 and TPS22998; however, both of these devices require a VBIAS rail.
TPS22998
TPS22992

Dharmesh,
A could way of doing this would be to have a comparator output (such as a fast comparator on an MCU) hooked up to toggle the switch when the voltage dips below 3V (with some added hysteresis). In this case the TPS27081A would work without issue…
Hello Onur,
There are no plans to EOL TPS22990. There is a new 10A load switch that is set to release soon, TPS22998; however, this does not mean that TPS22990 will be taken into EOL.

Kalin Burnside
