Hi Team
Please help to support this issue.
For some problems encountered in the use of TPS2372-3, please help to answer, when using EVK: TPS2372-3EVM-757 to set its Jumper…
Part Number: TPS2372-3EVM-757 I'm comfused about transformer. We would like to use PoE RJ45; however, the transformer should be included in RJ45 like attache spec "RJMG301T2XXE3XR.pdf" or we should choose an external transformer? If the answer is transformer…
Hi Vishal,
Thanks for reaching out.
TPS2372-3 is recommended for 30-W load. But TPS2372-3 does not have internal DC BUCK.
You can refer TPS2372-3EVM-757 ( https://www.ti.com/tool/TPS2372-3EVM-757 ) PD+Buck reference design and change the output.
Best regards…
Hi Diang,
thanks for a reply. I'm assuming TPS2372-3RGWT (eval model TPS2372-3EVM-757 ) can do the same job by looking at the schematics. This splits POE into Power + Data. Can it be used as Injector - where supplying DATA and POWER separately, and…

is it possible to use TPS23730 in Non-isolated PoE Pd design? Do you maybe…
Part Number: TPS2372
Hello, I'm using the TPS2372-4RGWR, and when I first plugged the ethernet cable (no loads), it made the whole process of detection, classification and power correctly. After that, I tried to connect 1 24V Led bar and it was okay…
Hi T Kishi,
For high power PoE applications, high efficiency is an important spec. A diode bridge will dissipate more power than a FET bridge because of the low RDSon versus the voltage drop on the diode. This is why a lot of BT solutions will use …
Hi Kai,
The reason majority of lighting applications use non-isolated DCDC converters is because lighting is typically in the ceiling and fully enclosed where a person cannot physically touch the internals of the end equipment. As such, a constant current…
Part Number: TPS23753A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP9175 , UCC24630 , TPS23757 , TPS2372-3EVM-757 , TPS23757EVM Is there a high efficiency reference design from TI using the TPS23753A?
We want to get the maximum output power out of standard PoE - class…
