300 uF looks very high for PoE application thus during the PD inrush period. TPS2373-4 has 275 mA lowest inrush current. 57V * 300uF / 275mA = 62 ms which is longest inrush time needed.

TPS2372 and TPS2373 can distinguish between class 7&8 and 5&6.
When it is Class 5&6: TPH = L, TPL = Hi-Z, BT = L
When it is Class 7&8 : TPH = L, TPL = L, BT = L
