The encoding can be either parallel or serial selectable with SCDIS input in TPS23730. Please throw some light on the difference between parallel encoding and serial encoding.

Thanks for your information. 80 kHz should be good enough for conventional PoE application.
In terms of current transfer ratio, EL357NA is similar to TCMT1107. You should be able to use EL357NA .
