Regarding the TD 4.2.1.V5 fail, this should be an easy pass because the TPS25830A-Q1 has integrated Rp's on each CC pin, so I'm not sure why the tester is unable to detect this. TD 4.2.1.V6 fails if the PUT fails to source VBUS.
