Hello Ben,
The web bench support is alre ady available for TPS25944L.
www.ti.com/.../tps25944l .
I just created a design from web Bench tool.
Please let me know if you have further question.
Best Regards

Hi, I'm trying to use the pspice model for the tsp25944l, but it seems to be broken. When the simulation is enabled into a prebiased Vout - as it could be used in actual application, the output is grounded and then ramped up according to dVdT. I don't…

Hi
Does the condition of TPS25944L LATCHED include OVP? Because the second TPS25944L is turned off by OVP, will the second TPS25944L fail to turn on?
Part Number: TPS25944A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS25944L Hi,
I have an eFuse TPS25944A (the auto-retry version, reference confirmed with the device marking) which controls a power path (see schematic below):
Vin = 5 V;
Ilim = 2.16 A …
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS25944L , LM76202-Q1 Hi Team,
Is there a device in our portfolio that will completely turn off the FET during a short to ground scenario on the output? All of the devices I am looking at use current limiting, which…
Hi Praveen,
Thanks for the feedback. The measurement was made with R(IMON)=2K. So that is close.
I see what I did now. I also have a TPS25944L on the same board and I was mistakenly looking at that datasheet (both open). It has a similar equation…
Hi S.Sawamoto,
Yes you are right. During overcurrent ,TPS2595 limits the current due to which output voltage falls and power dissipation increases inside the device causing thermal shutdown. eFuse (have internal fet )TPS25944L can be a suitable alternative…
