Because of the Thanksgiving holiday in the U.S., TI E2E™ design support forum responses may be delayed from November 25 through December 2. Thank you for your patience.
Hi Kagawa-san,
Yes, it looks like this is not due to overcurrent. Most likely cause will be reverse current. The reverse current blocking starts with only -30mV threshold so it is difficult to check on waveforms.
Did you try this?

Part Number: TPS25947EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS55288 , Hi, Ti teams, we are trying to use TPS25947EVM +TPS55288 (PMIC) to support our Docking USB-C port 20V. we observed the VBUS voltage '
We are attempting to adopt TPS25947EVM +TPS55288…
Part Number: TPS25947EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS25947 Hi team,
My Customer uses TPS259474 on their Fan product. When power-off test will have a negative current. but remove C15/C16 from TPS25947EVM.
The negative current will disappear. so…
Part Number: TPS25947EVM Hi team,
My customer is evaluating TPS25947EVM now and observed The leakage current of Iout depends on Vin.
EN=L, Vin=0V, Vout=7.4V, Iout=-13uA
EN=L, Vin=7.4V, Vout=7.4V, Iout="-79"uA
They have 2 questions.
This characteristic…
Part Number: TPS25947EVM Hello,
I am currently working on the TPS25947EVM evaluation board.
I'm using channel 4 to test the TPS259474L (Latch + Circuit breaker): => Limitation: 0.5A => Input: 15V => Itimer: 18ms => Dv/Dt: no impact on analys…
Part Number: TPS25947EVM Greetings,
We are using a TPS25947EVM and we measured the voltage drop thru the TPS259470 device and back calculated Ron to be 122mohm.
We measured at room temperature, at 1A (0.12V drop), 2A(0.24V), 3A(0.37V) and 4A(0.5V).
The…
Part Number: TPS25947EVMTPS25947EVM can not 6A load.
RLIM = 549ohm (initial mounted)
Vin = 12V to 16V
The expected value of the maximum load is 6A .
But, it turned off at 1.1A.
All channel is the same symptom,
I used electrical load, and the load is…
Part Number: TPS25947EVM Hello,
We have question regarding the FLT pin response to active current limiting.
When active current limiting occurs, will the FLT pin will be pulled low and remain low while active current limiting is being engaged?
Additionally…
Hi Gareth,
Can you show me a block diagram of your system and how does signal look at important nodes ,that will be easy to understand .
Is this waveform at eFuse input?
