Part Number: TPS25981 Tool/software: I am considering applying TPS259814ARPW, and the datasheet states that RFLTB has an internal pull down resistance of 12.57ohm. I would like to get confirmation from TI if this is actually correct.
Thanks.
Part Number: TPS25981 Tool/software: Hi,
Except below dV/dT pin for reverse protect FET control,
I alos found there have some difference on PG, does there have any comparasion table for tps259813 and tps259814?
Thanks!
Jeff

Hi Support Team,
I need the Rjc (°C/W) parameter for the TPS259813ARPWR , but I couldn’t find it in the datasheet. Could you please provide this parameter?

TPS259814ARPWR OCP test
I_LIM=1.32A
tITIMER=0.9ms
Before the output voltage drops, the output current will drop by 100mA before shutting down.
Please explain the red box phenomenon in the figure below.

Part Number: TPS25981 Tool/software: Hi Support Team,
I need the Ta (Ambient Temperature) information for TPS259814LRPWR , but I couldn't find it in the datasheet. Could you please provide this information?
Thank you!
Part Number: TPS25981 Tool/software: Hi team,
I see that TPS25981 can be in auto-retry after a fixed delay of removing the circuit-breaker issue. So will it keep auto-retry until the current goes down the setting value?

Then 8A limit is good.
Shashank K S said: 4) Should I add gate resistors for both the MOSFETs Q2, Q3?
In general adding gate resistance is better choice.

I have the following queries regarding the TPS259814A IC:
(1) Ground Splitting:
As per the EVM, the ground is split into power ground and IC ground and connected together through 0 Ohm 0603 Resistor. However…
