Part Number: TPS2117 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS27081A I’m using TPS2117 as an O-Ring power multiplexer between VIN1 and VIN2 . In my setup, VIN2 = 5.05 V is the main supply, while VIN1 = 5.1 V is normally not powered.
After running for some…
Part Number: TPS27082L Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS27081A Tool/software: Hello,
since TPS27082L is NRND, what would be the next best alternative deivce?
Key requirements: 3.3V and 300mA, ideally drop-in, at least P2P.
thank you!

Hi Conor,
Would it be possible to use an external component in your design, like a load switch that has an adjustable rise time in order to control the slew rate of this rail? Something like TPS27081A or TPS22995 connected to VMMC output, to control…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS27081A , TPS22810 We used TPS27081ADDCR in our products and have the problem to get it due to a very long lead time.
Can we use TPS27082LDDCR directly to replace TPS27081ADDCR?
What is the difference between…
Hello Victor,
Please take a look at the following devices:
TPS27081A
TPS22904
TPS22921
They're in order starting from lowest Iq downt to highest Iq (of these specific options). I excluded choices with inventory < 10000. They all support 1.8V…
Part Number: TPS27082L Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS27081A , TPS22810 , TPS22918 Hi there ,
We just changed a loadswitch from TPS27081A to TPS27082L in our product, but today I suddenly found TPS27082L became “Not recommend for new design” on…
Hello Gareth,
The only level-shifting load switch we have is TPS27081A, but not P2P. If that specific functionality is unimportant then TPS22919 is similar in functionality & package but not P2P.

Hi Watanabe-san,
As mentioned in the previous thread, since the TPS27081A is only a PMOS+NMOS device, it will be susceptible to non-linear rise times. Since the TPs22971 has a controllable and adjustable slew rate, it will rise linearly as the input…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS27081A For tps27081a, some combinations of current and rise time gives current too strong for the switching time. Would the device be safe under them?
