Hello Eric san, Thank you for the cehcking. Maybe, they can't accept this time.. The customer use BD2232G now. I already promoted TPS2065/9C, TPS2065-1, TPS27082L. Could you please let me know the other competitive device with BD2232G? Best Regards, Ryuji…
Kevin,
I absolutely agree, I think it could be more clear in the diagram and will take this feedback for when we work to update the datasheet next time.
When the supply turns on, typically if it has a high slew rate, it can actually turn the switch…

I am planning to use one of the following devices
TPS22929D
TPS27082L
TPS27081A
However, my application will have an inductive load which is different from the datasheet typical…
Matt,
I have wave forms for 3.3V input, R1 = 100k, C1 = 330pF. Load is 50 ohms For TPS27081A, R2 = 3.16k and TPS27082L, R2 = 0k (12.5k internal). All scope plots have CH1 = TPS27081A output, CH2 = TPS27082L output, and CH4 = ON/OFF pin input.
Jorome,
I could not get a 2mA current (or any current to flow) when ON/OFF was low, regardless of sequencing. Does this occur on more than one sample of TPS27082L? Can you determine through which pins this current flows.
ASB,
Let see if I understand the desired result. Output turns on some time after external 5V turns on. MCU1 can pull enable low to turn 5V internal off then after redoing the power up delay the 5V internal will turn back on.
Be sure that the MCU1 I/O line…
