Part Number: TPS3808-EP
I registered a case with CS2272035, but I was advised to ask E2E, so I will contact you.
I registered the TPS3808-EP device on MyTI. On March 8, 2023, I received an email from your company with the following content. The update…
Part Number: TPS3808-EP Hello,
As per the datasheet of TPS3808G01MDBVTEP , in page 4 it is given as 180.9 C/W, whereas in page 5 it is given as 290 C/W.
Can you suggest which one to consider.

Is it available to use a pull-up resistor for the reset pin in 1K or less like the circuit diagram I attached?
Best regards.
Hi Deepak ,
Is EP rating necessary for this design? Would an automotive Q1 suffice?
Unfortunately The TLC77 family is a fairly old device and I would like to recommend the TPS3808-EP if EP grade device is needed.
