The TPS51200 might better suit your needs. It has a lower input voltage range than the TPS51100. It is an LDO solution so you will need to check your average power dissipation and design the board accordingly to handle the heat rise in the part…

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS40042 Hi there, I have a pcb where I would like to add an Arria 2GX125 FPGA. At present the pcb doesn't have the supply for the 0.9V rail. I'm considering the TPS40042 using the design generated by SwitcherPro…

Hi Chandru, We have TPS51100, TPS51200 and new TPS51206 for VTT application. TPS51206 will be released soon. TPS51206 has similar performance with TPS51200 and TPS51100. But it reduced board area and BOM cost. 1. only 1x10uF VTT output capacitor is…

Hello, The UCC3806 is a dual output controller though it can be used in a flyback where only one of the outputs are used to drive the switch it might be better to choose a single output controller. Look at page 46 of the attached under General Purpose…

Siyu, I think the toggle flip-flop in the block diagram on page one of the spec should have let you know that the max you will get with this device is 50% duty. Go to page 43 and 44 of the attached and select a more suitable part.
