For most of part, the ss voltage will greater than comp voltage during soft start, While the customer found that the comp voltage is greater than SS voltage. Is it normal for TPS40101?

The Vssos means 350mV in the following block?
If it so, the start point of Vout soft-start varies between Vss=300mV~800mV. Is that correct?
