The TPS40192/3/5 enable pin is active high with an internal pull-up (1.5MOhm) to VDD.
The EN pin has an internal clamp of approximately 2V when the IC is enabled and needs a minimum 1uA of current to remain active.

Since this error is happen by chance or say system instable, I have re-work on the loop circuit value
but it not helping, the above waveform still happen by chance. (e.g. 2~3 times out of 10 enabling)
