Hi Hope you can help find what I've done wrong...
We have two issues though these might be directly connected.
Firstly when the chip is not enabled, its passively passing…
Part Number: TPS43061 Tool/software: Hi support team,
Is it okay to change C12 from 100pF to 0.01μF?
When I lowered the input voltage, the output voltage dropped. When I increased the capacitance of C12, the output voltage was maintained. Noise may…
Part Number: TPS43061 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD17575Q3 , TPS43060 Tool/software: Hi support team,
If I use the CSD17575Q3 as the MOSFET, is the gate voltage of the TPS43061's 5.5V sufficient? Is the TPS43060's 7.5V excessive?
Regards…
Part Number: TPS43061 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI Tool/software: Downloaded simulation model 'TPS43061 TINA-TI Transient Reference Design(SLVM758.TSC)', ran 'Calculate nodal voltages, and output voltage is 8.21v, not 15v. Any ideas what…
Part Number: TPS43061 Tool/software: Hi team,
may I know when TPS43061 is in light load(skipping mode), if
we need to consider loop stablity? I thinks it will be open loop state and don‘t need consider loop compensation in skipping mode.
Rega…
Part Number: TPS43061 Hi TI Teams,
One of our customer want to know did TPS43061 can achieve the same Vout as Vin. The input voltage is range from 19.5V to 20V, and the output is 20V/2A. Is this requirement achievable? If yes, what needs to be taken care…
Part Number: TPS43061 Hi Team,
We are using the spreadsheet in the link below to calculate MOSFET power loss. The deadtime values in the spreadsheet appear to differ from what's provided in the datasheet. My understanding is deadtime values in the spreadsheet…
Hi John,
How are you pulling the EN pin to GND, via MCU? could you maybe just put it to ground manually and see if it goes into shutdown mode?
Are you sure you are not hitting the current limit when you change the load?
Maybe you can compare your layout…
Part Number: TPS43061 Hi, We have a design based on tps43061/43060, the current pcb has a tps43061. The boost controller is used to boost a 12V leadacid battery voltage (can be as low as 9V) to approx 24.4V which will pass to a module that powers four 24VDC…
