  • RE: TPS4H160-Q1: I set limit resistance 0R, and I short output to GND, I find the output do not closed. I think the HSD should overcurrent closed, but now it seems does not work?

    Ling, I tested this in the lab with the TPS4H160EVM using 16V supply, THER=5V, and an AEC-100-012 load of L = 5 μH, R = 10 mΩ. The device went into current limit and then latched off as expected. I would recommend running the test using your loading…
