After remove ripple injection circuit the output become normal. So I think maybe the RC parameter of noise injection circuit was wrong.
Could you share TPS53355EVM-743 gerber file? I wand to make a board to figure out the root cause.

There is not a strict requirement for it, but you may want some additional HF filtering. Additionally, depending on your application you may want some bulk electrolytic capacitance as well, especially if your input power source is connected by a cable…
