My customer use TPS53647, as we can see the output voltage measurement range is only up to 2.3V, But the 53647 output voltage can be adjusted to 2.5V,
Now if it is applied at 2.5Vout, is there any problem?

Yes, that will work. Unused PWM pins can be left floating, CSP pins must follow the attached table:
In this case, you will tie CSP5 to 3.3V and you can leave CSP6 floating.

Does the accuracy have anything to do with the actual number of phases used? If only 2 phases are used, can the accuracy reach 1%? Thanks.
