When we are considering Iout max (500mA) the Lmin is 40uH
Inom is 300mA . So the Lmin is 67uH. Iout Min is 250mA. So Lmin =80uH

Load - 50mA to 220mA(Toggling)
Lmin for 220mA = 98H(100H used)
So at Load of 220mA 5V , ripplw is negligible. But at 50mA ripple is around 200mV.
