TLV62130 should work just fine at the conditions you mention. TPS54424 is also another option you can consider but the price might be higher.

For lower current, the TPS54824 is the tightest reference I know of at 0.85%. Also look at the TPS54424 and TPS54A24 for similar parts with different current ratings (4A and 10A).
