    Hi Mike, Please share me your schematic and test conditions on the measurement of the output.(Vin/Vout/Iout/L/C etc.) From the EC table, Vfb of TPS563208 is 0.768V(typ), which is guaranteed by ATE and Correlation test. Thanks.

    Hi all, I found the issue. I found a bug in PCB which leads to additional impedance on PCB via from 4-10KOhm which is the cause of lower voltage on EN pin -> not an IC issue.
