Part Number: TPS564247 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS564242 Hi,
I am now designing a new power supply for a new pcb,
i used TPS564247 for the main voltage converison from 12V to 5 V.
my design is attached, for some reason there is high quiecent current…
Part Number: TPS564247 Hi,
We are using TPS564247 in our design for generation of 2.5V,1.2V and1.8 V from 5V.
Kindly review the schematic(PFA) and provide feedbacks (if any).

Hello,
I have read that but didn't mention inductor choice. I have got fantastic results using TPS564247 which got me about 5mv p-p total ripple figure without noise.
I used 3x22u 1206 X5R caps + 5x10u 0805 X5R caps + 2x100nf 0402 caps + 1x10u high…
hello,
what do you mean by upper and lower resistor? you mean the feedback resistors to set output voltage? i have no problems with that... but rather the usage of bulk output caps.
actually i asked a similar question here https://e2e.ti.com/support/power…
