  Hi Barry, The date in our datasheet was tested under 20MHz bandwidth of oscilloscope, which is the reason why I mentioned 20MHz bandwidth. Could you clarify your test conditions, what is the Vin you used? I will test my TPS564257EVM and get back to you…
