Part Number: TPS61073 I am using the TPS61073 to generate a 5V out from a 3.0V input.
The SW voltage waveform is overshoot and exceed the absolute maximum rating.
Is this a problem?
If there is a problem, are there any countermeasures?
thanks.
Yuki
Part Number: TPS61073 Dear Sirs,
What maximum voltage is allowed for pin EN?
1.8 it is nominal. In datasheet i found writteln minimal - 1.2V
But I didnt found maximal voltage
I have logic 2v - it is normaly for TPS61073?
Part Number: TPS61073 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS61240 Hello,
I am using TPS61073 IC as a 3.3 VDC to 5 VDC booster in adjustable mode with the feedback resistor values R1 = 2M, R2 = 220k.
I am enabling the IC using one of the micro-controller…
Part Number: TPS61073
Dears,
As I turn the EN PIN ON and OFF several times, the TPS61073 will be out of work. and i test the SW PIN ,The SW PIN short to GND. so why and how I need to deal with the issue?
thanks
Part Number: TPS61073
Dears,
when set the EN PIN on/off many times, the IC will be out off work. then test the impedanc of the pin,the SW PIN short to GND.
why and how can I avoid the issue?
Part Number: TPS61073 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS61240 , TPS61252 , TLV61220 My customer is using the TPS61073 to generate a 5V out from a 3.3V input. They have some resistive loads on the output that are pulling over 140mA during startup, causing…
Part Number: TPS61073 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS61252 I need to understand how will react the TPS61073 when the input voltage is higher/equal than/to the programmed output.
The datasheet says: "Due to the nature of boost converters, the output…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS61073 Hi Sir,
If my condition is 2.6~3.4V transform to 3V/100mA. Can used TPS61073?
if OK,when Vin is 3.4V, Output is??
Thanks
Hi Sachin, Yes my project works great! The booster gives me the 5 volts for any input between 3V to 4,4V and it do not get hot; But it was a long time ago since this project, so i really don't remember much of it. What I remember is that the desing…
Please review the app note at http://www.ti.com/litv/pdf/slva255 . The most likely problem is the board layout. The current path from the IC to the output capacitor needs to be very short with low resistance and inductance. At Vo=5.5V, ringing at the SW…
