    The TPS6105x cannot provide 600mA of torch current. The TPS61087 could be configured to provide the power you need.

    I do not understand the question but this device cannot provide 1A at those operating conditions, per figure 1 in the datasheet. You need a device with a higher current limit such as the TPS61087.
