    Relation Ta and Tj of TPS61093-Q1

    Hi The datasheet of TPS61093-Q1 is written that Ta and Tj is -40 ~-125℃ in "7.3 Recommended Operating Conditions". But when Ta was 125℃, I think Tj is over 125℃. So, is this case out of recommending operating conditions? Best regards, Y...

    Iout_max of TPS61093-Q1

    Hi My customer will use TPS61093-Q1 under Vin=3.3V, Voiut=5V. But calculation method of Iout_max isn't written in that datasheet. Are there the reference materials or calculation methods of Iout? Best regards, Yokota
