  Hyunwoo, It's difficult for us to determine which part number that is on our end, but I found that the only 6 pin SOT-23 package LED drivers that TI makes are: TPS61165, TPS61165-Q1, & TPS92315 It's most likely one of these. Hope this helps…

  David, There is no problem to power the device using two different supply, because VIN pin is used to provide the power for internal control circuit, 5V supply will be ok.
