Let's take a simple calculation: Iin_avg=(Vout*Iout)/Vin/Efficiency={(3.1*10+0.2)*0.15*2}/12/0.85=0.92A. Considering the current ripple, it may trigger the internal current limit(1.2A typical). I think there will be some risk for this appication…
