Part Number: TPS61193-Q1 Is there a time limitation that the device will be no problem if voltage ramps up beyond the absolute maximum ratings?
-4.0V, 40ns is assumed in worst case.
Does it cause permanent damage to the device even 40ns?
Part Number: TPS61193-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS61193 , LP8867-Q1 We are using the TI TPS61193 LED DRIVER in our design (In Boost Mode), hence we have some below queries & so please clarify it immediately.
1) To calculate Maximum Power…
Part Number: TPS61193-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS61193 Dear expert: It’s found that fault will not be triggered when SW pin exceeds max current. Since application condition where the 2A limit is exceeded continuously is not allowed, does tps61193…
Part Number: TPS61193-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS61193 Hi TI team,
As expected, by using PWM dimming product TPS61193, we can hear terrible audible noise, I have uploaded my SCH, can you help to have a look?
From my understanding, the audible…
Part Number: TPS61193-Q1 Hi
We are using TPS61193 part in one of design for Gauge illumination and TFT backlight section.
Hearing Audible noise in below ranges:
Gauge illumination inductor from VIN - 13.2V to 13.6V (Non-Shielded type inductor)
TFT illumination…

Part Number: TPS61193-Q1 Dear all,
If SW pin and GND are shorted, what happen do you think?
I think that TPS61193-Q1 will indicate UVLO and the inductor may burst...
I think that TPS61193-Q1 will not indicate OCP.
Best regards,
Part Number: TPS61193-Q1 Dear all,
Could you teach how to determine the saturation voltage?
Are there some formula to culculate thie voltage?
Or, I just have to measure this voltage by experiment?
Best regards,
Part Number: TPS61193-Q1 Dear all,
How does fault function response when LED is shorted to GND?
Will the 2A/2.5A of current limit continue to flow?
Best regards,
Part Number: TPS61193-Q1 Dear all,
I would like to check my understanding about the current limit in converter function.
If output current reach to 2A, current limit repeats 3 seconds limitation (including 2A for 1.5s and 2.5A for 1.5s).
In other words…
