    Hi Wenhao, I've changed the chip to TPS61282D to get better voltages. My aim now is 3.5V output, 2A under normal conditions. I'm attaching the schematic 8473.System_PSU2.pdf And the Layout 2262.Layout.pdf

    Hi, Please take a look at boost converter TPS61282D. By setting VSEL pin logic high, Vout is set to 3.5V. And this part has pass-through mode.
