    Hi Frank, It's not clear what you mean by silkscreen. The silkscreen is usually on the PCB. Are you asking about the markings on the top of the device? You can find these in the D/S: page 19 of www.ti.com/.../tps62046.pdf The marking should be BBQ…

    Josh, I was not able to find anything in a SOT23 that would meet the same output voltage and current requirements. I did find a couple of devices in our portfolio that are not BGA which may suit your needs. Check out TPS62046 and also TPS62082. They…

    It is vin pin. Nominal input voltage is 5V. Vout = 3.3V Iout is 600mA. The actual part number is TPS62046.
