Part Number: TPS62090-Q1 Tool/software: Hi team,
My customer finds the PWM mode switching frequency of TPS62090-Q1 is 2MHz in their test, which should be 2.8MHz from the datasheet. The test condition are [Vin=3.3V, L=1uH, Vo=1.8V, Io=0.55A] and [ Vin=3.3V…
Part Number: TPS62090-Q1 Hi team
I would like to get your confirm that are there any other differences between TPS62090QRGTRQ1 and TPS62090RGTR besides AECQ qualification/test?
Part Number: TPS62090-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62090 , Hi team,
I see the Tj is same between these two parts.
Could you please tell me why TPS62090 operation temp is up to 85 degreeC but TPS62090-q1 op temp is up to 125 degreeC?
Thanks…
Part Number: TPS62090-Q1 Hi Ti member,
About the switching note of SW output, whether have a spec to definition the overshoot & undershoot?
I know datasheet have SW(max) = Vin +0.3(V) / SW(min) = -0.3(V) in Absolute Ratings table. but it is correct…
Part Number: TPS62090-Q1 Hi Team,
May I ask whether customer could change 100k to 1M so as to decrease current when in sleep mode?
Will it have bad impact?
Part Number: TPS62090-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62826 , TPS62823 , TPS62090 The datasheet for TPS62823 / TPS62826 mention following formula for inductor ripple current:
While the datasheet for TPS62090 mentions following formula:
Can you…
Part Number: TPS62090-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62090 Hi Team,
1. The datasheet shows that FREQ has internal pull-down, so when I change to 2.8MHz, I only need to drop the pull-up resistor NC?
2. In customer‘s application, they change from…
Hi Jeffrey,
The difference between both devices is minimal but they are designed for different applications. TPS62090-Q1 is rated for an automotive application and both are qualified for different standards.
Best regards,
