Part Number: TPS62740
Hi,
This is the footprint of TPS62740.
Can the EP be removed or minimized perhaps? Please refer to footprint.
Our concern is this might dissipate a lot of heat while reflowing.
Thanks
Part Number: TPS62740 Hi team ,
I have seen the device TPS62741 in TPS6274X datasheet which can output 1.3V but I can not find the device in official website . Can you help to check it ?
Part Number: TPS62740 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62821 Hi,
is it possible to extend the softstart period, or alternatively limit inrush current to a bigger extent in some way?
In our application we use TPS62740 with a battery of a big resistance…
Part Number: TPS62840 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62740 , Hello,
I've been using TPS62740 from 3.6V Li-SOCL2 to 3.0V for current pulse like that with success:
but I'm out of spec as the maximum current for vin < vout+0.7V is 100mA. …
Part Number: TPS62740 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62840 Dear TI-Team,
TPS62740 works perfectly well but it would be awesome if it was possible to control VSEL1 - VSEL3 via MCU. The MCU runs fine with 2.6V, so VSEL4 will always be tied to VIN. …
Part Number: TPS62740 Dear TI-Team,
we're basically ready for production but there's something strange with TPS62740 in two different designs. In both designs the TPS62740 works isolated (no other loads, no other ICs connected to the rails).

Part Number: TPS62740 Hello there.
I designed battery powered application an used TPS62740 supervisor.
I referenced TPS62740 datasheet and used 10uF 603 pack low ESL ceramic Vin, Vout capacitors and TDK VLF302515MT 2.2uH fixed inductor.
Components are…
Part Number: TPS62740 Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools Is it necessary for the voltage applied at VSEL(1-4) of TPS62740 equal to the VIN/Vcc (input voltage)?
