Thank you for the information. Please find the efficiency measurements of TPS62808, Vin =3.6V, Vout=3.3V, temp =25 °C.
The measurements are performed by using EVM( TPS62806-7-8EVM083 Evaluation Module )

It looks like we don't have a device that can support a 100us output voltage rise time. The fastest rise time that our device (TPS62808) can achieve is 210us but it is limited to 600mA. Please see attached datasheet for reference.

TPS62230 is a fixed output voltage where FB pin is directly connected to the output so there is no possibility to implement the capacitor and diode network.
