This should be explained in section 8.3.1 of the D/S. Many ICs bring Vout down to 0V when they are disabled.

We are using TPS62822DLCT in one of our design. During debugging I observed that the impedance between VIN and SW pins showing dead short. What would be the minimum impedance between the pins?
