We don't provide such models for TLV devices usually. And I would recommend the pin to pin and better spec TPS62827 instead. That one also has a SIMPLIS average model: https://www.ti.com/product/TPS62827#design-development

Yes, you can leave PWRGD floating if you are not using it.
I would also recommend the newer, smaller, cheaper TPS62827A or TPS62865 instead.
