I need to know if the TPS628303 and the TPS62869 can be used as a PMIC for LPDDR4/LPDDR4x, and if they comply with M.2 standard?
They are currently listed only in the LPDDR5 category…

Is that TLV62085 having the FPWM mode? (If yes then what do we need to change in the hardware) Because the TPS62826A or the TPS628303 is not footprint-compatible with the TLV62085.

As mentioned before, TLV62090 is very old device and back then, this data is not characterized with the requested condition(VIN ≦ VOUT + 1).
I would recommend to look into our newer devices in which you can find output accuracy…
